Il primo errore da te citato potrebbe dipendere, secondo Microsoft, da un drive errato.
Controlla con cura i drive di eventuali scanner, webcam, hd esterni o altre periferiche. La causa potrebbe essere proprio quella, secondo Microsoft.

Anche il secondo è un errore dei driver e nello specifico della scheda audio, high definition verifica che siano i driver corretti e nel caso lo fossere disinstallali e reinstallali.
