Può darsi che dipenda dall'affollamento: a volte i server per l'update danno problemi.
Riprova, appena possibile.
Intando, dimmi se l'Antivirus ha rilevato e rimosso qualcosa, almeno 8)
Poi, dobbiamo risolvere un piccolo problema che evidenzia il log di Hthis:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: WLCtrl32 - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WLCtrl32.dll
quindi fai cosi:
● Risorse del Computer
● Disco locale C:
● apri la cartella Windows
● al suo interno cerca la cartella System32 e la apri
● dentro System32 cerca questa dll: WLCtrl32.dll
e la fai analizzare su VirusTotal: clicca qui per Virustotal
allega il Report che verrà rilasciato
Il procedimento è semplice.
Dopo che hai localizzato la dll in questione (puoi farlo, seguendo il percorso che ti ho indicato prima, utilizzando il tasto Sfoglia che trovi sul sito di VirusTotal) lo invii per l'analisi ed aspetti che ti venga visualizzato il Report che verrà rilasciato (che è quello che devi allegare). |

Ok Valentina, ottimo lavoro.
Ora, seguendo il percorso di localizzazione che ti ho indicato qualche reply prima, vai in system32 e fai fuori (la elimini, in maniera brutale) quella dll infetta: WLCtrl32.dll.
Poi:
● Start
● Programmi
● nell'elenco, cerchi SpyBot controlli se ha un suo Uninstall lo lanci e lo disinstalli (SpyBot fa, decisamente pena); se non avesse un suo Uninstall lo rimuovi da Installazione Applicazioni.
Una volta disinstallato, provvedi a ripulire gli eventuali residui che lascia, quindi:
● Start
● Cerca
● nella finestra di dialogo digita SpyBot ed elimini tutto ciò che viene trovato.
Ancora, da Installazione Applicazioni, rimuovi tutte le toolbar che sono installate (sono portatrici sane di problemi)
Quando hai terminato questi passaggi, riavvia il P.C. ed alleghi un nuovo log di Hthis.
Ti ho già fatto installare un antispyware/antimalware serio (Antispyware) e ti farò installare un altro paio di software di sicurezza e pulizia.
Tra le altre cose Valentina, vedo che usi Emule e Pando: devi stare, sempre, molto attenta a quello che scarichi: è facile che il virus tu lo abbia preso, proprio da li.
