Inizia a fare queste scansioni così vediamo cosa ci dicono:

• Pulisci i files temporanei con ATF-Cleaner e/o CCleaner
  
• Segui le istruzioni di questo topic per usare MBAM.
  
• Segui le istruzioni di questo topic per eseguire combofix.
  
• Segui le istruzioni di questo topic per postare il log di HiJackThis.
  
• Riferisci con un nuovo messaggio in questa discussione dell'esito: se ci sono stati problemi particolari, ecc. ecc. E riporta:
  
  • Carica il log di MBAM su WikiSend e posta il Forum Link che ti viene assegnato.
    
  • Carica il log di Combofix su WikiSend e posta il Forum Link che ti viene assegnato.
    
  • Carica il log di HiJackThis su WikiSend e posta il Forum Link che ti viene assegnato.

OK, non c'è niente di particolare, solo MBAM ha trovato qualcosa...

Avvia il PC in modalità provvisoria;

Avvia Hijackthis, seleziona queste righe e clicca poi su fix Checked; le righe 023 sono tutti servizi, valuta l'opportunità di disabilitarne qualcuno, più che fixarli:

dimenticavo di dirti che circa il 10% delle volte che accendo il PC mi apre una finestra di errore e cliccando su mostra messaggio e poi torna in pratica all fine mi dice che è stato disabilitato il sottosistema spooler per la sicurezza ... o qualcosa del genere ....

Fai la scansione con Panda...
Guarda poi, con l'apposita funzione di ricerca, se l'antivirus non l'ha rilevato, se esiste un file denominato spooler.exe, e senza toccarlo riferisci...

Controlla i driver della stampante, disinstallali e poi procedi alla reinstallazione. Può darsi che siano questi a far crashare lo spooler (servizio di Windows che serve per la stampa);

Se il PC è collegato in rete, controlla le prese, i cavi etc...

ciao, ho disinstallato un programma Lexmark che non sapevo nemmeno di avere per l'invio di fax con la stampante
poi ho provato a spegnere/acccendere x una decina di volte e il messaggio non c'è più (inoltre è da un pò di giorni che il computer è meno lento e non si blocca ) però potrebbe essere un caso visto che l'errore esce più volte ma solo periodicamente
... boh

sono stato incasinato un pò di giorni ... ma cosa intendi per :

ok il pulsante fix Checked ma per disabilitare una riga come si fa ?
e con che criterio scelgo quali fixare ?

inoltre quando avevo comprato il computer avevo preinstallato la prova di "Norton 360" ma ho fatto casino con la disinstallazione e adesso me lo ritrovo sempre tra i programmi da disinstallare ma non posso perchè mi da sempre errore .... c'è un modo per venirne a capo ?

ho disabilitato alcune funzioni (quelle che capivo)

per Norton il tools non posso usarlo perchè non ho la Product Key

inoltre ho windows vista e non ho la modalità provvisoria ...
facendo F8 mi compaiono altre cose
Start/Esegui digitando msconfig posso selezionare avvio diagnostico, è la stessa cosa ?
